A prohibited practice consisting of the mass and untargeted scraping of facial images from the internet or CCTV footage in order to create facial recognition databases.

US Executive Order on AI

A presidential act in the US setting the direction of federal policy in the field of AI; its content changes according to the priorities of individual administrations and complements sectoral regulation.
