Data Holder
An entity that controls data generated by a connected product or service and decides on making it available under the rules of the Data Act.

Rights Reservation
An expression of will by a rights holder reserving that their work may not be used for text and data mining; it must be expressed in a machine-readable manner.

Training Data Summary Template
A template published by the EU AI Office according to which providers of GPAI models disclose a sufficiently detailed overview of the main sources of training data, so that rights holders can exercise their rights.
